Discovery Meeting

For all mortgage related advice, we will have a further discovery meeting at our own cost. This meeting allows us to discuss your circumstances in more detail, as well as obtaining more information from you. This further discovery meeting does not come with any obligations to progress further.

Mortgage and Remortgage Advice

Following our discovery meeting, and after your signed consent to proceed, we will begin our research. Once we have found the most appropriate mortgage for you, we will discuss our recommendation with you, providing an explanation as to why this is the right mortgage for you. If you wish to proceed with our recommendation, then a fee of £250 is payable upon submitting the application with the lender. The remaining £45 fee is payable upon receipt of a mortgage offer.

Product Transfer

When assessing your remortgage advice needs, if our recommendation is that you should change to another mortgage product with your existing lender, we charge a lower fee. This is because there is not as much work involved for us compared to remortgaging with another lender. The £100 fee is payable upon submitting an application with your lender.

Once you have booked your meeting, we will send you a Mortgage Enquiry Questionnaire through our pioneering client portal (also available as an app). We will email you separately with more information regarding our client portal and the questionnaire.

By completing this questionnaire, we can really make the most of our time together.
