She’s always planning her next trip and enjoys exploring new places both in the UK and abroad. Home life is all about good food, good company, and making the most of every adventure.

Tell us something that people wouldn’t expect about you?

People are often surprised to find out that I’m an Arsenal fan — both the men’s and women’s teams and catch a game when the chance comes up.

What would be your perfect day?

My perfect day would start by waking up by the beach somewhere warm, heading out for a quiet morning walk before the world gets busy, and watching the sun come up. Then it’s back for a great coffee and something tasty to eat, followed by a little nap. The afternoon would be spent by the pool with a good book, leading into a long, lunch – maybe with a wine or two. After a little siesta, it’d be dinner and drinks with a sunset view — and I’d finish the night somewhere with great music and a boogie.

Who was your idol growing up?

My idols growing up were definitely my parents. I remember my mum studying, working nights as a nurse and keeping our home all with my younger brother in tow - she taught me what hard work and determination really look like. My dad is the most kind and generous person I know, and he’s where I get my love for fun and spontaneity. Between them, they showed me the importance of working hard, being kind, and making the most of the one life you get.

What are your favourite and least favourite foods?

My favourite food is pretty much anything Italian — and I can never say no to a good tiramisu. On the other hand, I’m not a fan of rocket, coriander, or soggy courgettes… they’re an instant no from me.
