Mary joined Kind Wealth in 2024 as a dedicated member of our administration team. In her role, she is responsible for managing both new business and ongoing client servicing. On the new business side, Mary ensures the smooth onboarding of new clients and processes any advice provided to both new and existing clients. For ongoing servicing, she prepares essential documentation for client review meetings and manages all follow-up actions from these sessions.
With a passion for financial planning, Mary is currently pursuing her studies to become a qualified financial adviser. She is committed to supporting clients in achieving their financial goals and aspirations.
Before joining Kind Wealth, Mary worked as a Communications Officer for West Mercia Police, where she handled emergency 999 calls and dispatched police officers, showcasing her ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complex situations efficiently.

In her personal life, Mary is a fitness enthusiast, holding a Level 3 qualification in Personal Training. She enjoys going to the gym, spending quality time with her young son, and socialising with friends and family over good food.
