Samantha, known to most as Sammi, is the Operations Manager at Kind Wealth, where she plays a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business.

Having joined Kind Wealth in 2020 after achieving a first-class honours degree in Criminology, Sammi quickly established herself as a cornerstone of the team through her exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.

In her expanded role, Sammi continues to oversee key administrative processes while taking on broader operational responsibilities. These include coordinating with our accountant on day-to-day financial activities such as managing invoices and payment reconciliation, as well as overseeing office operations to ensure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Her proactive approach helps maintain the high standards and efficiency that underpin our client service.

Sammi’s dedication to continuous improvement and her passion for creating a supportive, well-organised environment make her an invaluable member of the Kind Wealth team. In addition to her operational duties, she continues to serve as both a Fire Marshal and First Aider, reflecting her ongoing commitment to the safety and well-being of colleagues and clients alike.
