Discovery Meeting
Advice Fee Discount- For all areas of advice, we will have a discovery meeting at our own cost.
- This meeting allows us to discuss your circumstances in detail, obtaining information from you, along with establishing your dreams and aspirations that you would like to achieve from your finances.
- This discovery meeting does not come with any obligation to progress further.
Financial Planning
Advice Fee Discount- Following our discovery meeting, we will know more about your financial position, as well as your dreams and aspirations. We will know how we will be able to help you and the areas of advice that you will require. At this point, we will be able to confirm our advice fee to you.
- Once we have obtained your signed authority to proceed, we will begin our research. Once we have produced the optimal solution for you, we will discuss our recommendations with you, providing an explanation as to why this is the right solution for you. If you wish to proceed with our recommendation, then our advice fee would be payable. You typically have the option of paying our advice fee from the investment, should you wish to do so.
- *Discount only applies to initial advice fees relating to: Retirement Planning, Investment Planning and Intergenerational Wealth Management.
Mortgage & Remortgage
Advice Fee Discount- Following our discovery meeting, and after your signed authority to proceed, we will begin our research.
- Once we have found the most appropriate mortgage for you, we will discuss our recommendation with you, providing an explanation as to why this is the right mortgage for you.
- If you wish to proceed with our recommendation, then a fee of £350 is payable upon submitting the application with the lender.
Product Transfer
Advice Fee Discount- When assessing your remortgage advice needs, if our recommendation is that you should change to another mortgage product with your existing lender, we charge a lower fee.
- This is because there is not as much work involved for us compared to remortgaging with another lender. The £175 fee is payable upon submitting an application with your lender.
